Hello!
<It Does Not Wash Off> a casual guild on Hyjal is looking to recruit a few more people and hopefully grow into doing Mythics in Battle for Dazar’alor. We currently have a raiding core of around 14 people and are looking to expand that with some ranged DPS and a healer or two.
A vast majority of the guild members know each other IRL and have been raiding together on and off for years. As such we have a very open attitude towards everything and sometimes our discussions in Discord can be a bit more colourful. We are also nearly all working professionals and try our best to keep drama and rage to a minimum.
We are currently 8/9N and 2/9H. Generally we try to get every single person done at least a +10 Key each week and on average the guild does between 9 and 12s but are always looking to push higher.
Our raid times:

Tuesday at 7pm Pacific time for three hours*

Thursday at 7pm Pacific time for three hours*

We have been known to go on a bit longer if we’re close to a kill
Currently no specific gear requirements, as gearing up can go very fast in this day and age.
What you can expect from us:
- Mature guild with little drama
- Chill attitude - we wipe, often to stupid things. While there may be minor joking raging sometimes we’re all pretty laid back
- Flasks and Food generally taken care of for raids (unfortunately not repairs)
What we’re looking for from you:
- Chill attitude, have to be OK joking around and with off-colour and adult humor.
- Consistent to raids - some of our raiders only come on for raids which is fine.
- Be knowledgeable in your class - you don’t need to be perfect but at least know your rotation
