Raid Nights: Mon/Wed Naxx
Aloha! <Island Breeze> is a progression raiding guild built on the idea that you can raid and make good friends while doing it. We are a tight-knit community of folks who aim to improve consistency & clear speed each week. We as a guild expect a lot from ourselves and those who feel similarly should fit right in. Consistency, maturity, accountability, and knowledge of your class and raid encounters are foundational elements of any good raiding team and we expect these things from our raiders. We only have one raiding team and try to keep things equitable and balanced around that single team.
While we are a loot council guild, we aim to be as fair as possible to all members of the raid team when passing out loot. Factors such as attendance, buffs & consumables, showing up on time, and overall performance can all impact loot decisions. While there’s never truly enough loot in Classic we do our best to get every one of our members a slice of that sweet purple pie.
Currently we are not in need of any specific class. However, we are always willing to consider any exceptional raiders for a roster spot. Some of our strongest raiders started out as social members. We work hard to maintain a lively raiding atmosphere so passing the vibe check is an important part of the application process.
It’s worth noting that the intent of this post is to attract high-performing individuals who are prepared to push the highest levels of content, Sapphiron and KT included. Individuals who are Naxx-experienced and prepared for the difficult bosses will fit right into our team!
