The team is primarily made up of ex-heroic and mythic raiders who simply value mythic plus over mythic progression when heroic is on farm.

Please note that while we aren’t intending to do mythic progression, this is not a ‘beginner’s’ team. Topping the meters, parse rankings, and raider. io scores are not required; however, we plan to progress quickly and expect our members to self-evaluate and adjust their performance(s) and preparation when necessary, in particular if performances are directly impacting the gaming experience of other Grey members. As mentioned, both heroic raiding and mythic plus will occur during raid times throughout the tier. If you are not a fan of one or the other, this is not the raid team for you.

Healer 1 (Pref Pally or Druid)
M-DPS 1 (Pref DK/Ret/Monk)
R-DPS (Pref Lock or Hunter/Mage)

I’m interested. I’m not raid ready yet, and don’t expect you guys to save me a spot by any means, but I’ll be working to gear and catch up quickly and when I know I’d be able to be an asset to the raid I’d let you know, but I’m very interested in joining as i’m looking for a guild that does m+ a lot which would help me gear :stuck_out_tongue:

Are you ranged? Don’t be a dime a dozen elsewhere when you can be a dime piece here :stuck_out_tongue: LF a Lock and a hunter/mage, maybe a H pally if you’re frosty. Cookies are made to order, so your preferred kind is only an awkward DM away.
