We strive to maintain a collaborative, competitive and fun raiding environment while consistently achieving CE every tier for all raiders, including rotational and bench roles. We hope to create a team where people enjoy playing WoW with each other both inside and outside of raid. Ideally, in raid, we want to waste little time between and during pulls and raid with vocal raiders who own and fix their mistakes. Last and least of these goals, we aim to be around or under US 300ish consistently every tier.
Players who will find success on this team are prepared to raid by being online 10-15 minutes before the start of raid. These players come prepared with all consumables for the entire night, ready with knowledge and energy to progress on even the most frustrating bosses. You will be called out for mistakes, botched mechanics, and low numbers on this team. We hold everyone accountable for mistakes, including our team leaders. The idea is not to fault others, but work together to fix them. If you can’t handle being called out, even by mistake - this team won’t be for you. Emergencies can and will happen and we’ll always do our best to respect everything, but we cannot tolerate raiders who can’t reliably show up to raid. All raiders who apply to this team and are ultimately contacted to come trial will be given a more detailed version of our requirements and expectations before joining.
The only last item to note is that our team does use loot council. We understand that you may have bad experiences with loot council in the past. If you are unwilling to put that aside for a new team, this team won’t be for you.
