Calilber is recruiting capable raiders interested in pushing content to bolster our ranks for mythic Eternal Palace! We are starting Queen’s Court progression on Monday, and are looking to recruit another couple dps to join us in our push.
Raid times: Monday/ Wednesday 9-12 Server time (EST)
Roster needs: DPS - Warlock, Mage, Monk
All spots are competitive, if you can outperform other members and show up reliably you will get priority on progression spots.
About us: We are a semi-hardcore mythic guild that likes to challenge ourselves and push as far as we can and get loot. We have laid back requirements, but we are here for progression so we expect you to play enough outside of raid to avoid falling behind. We try to keep a fun and upbeat atmosphere but we expect people to be able to take criticism and learn from their mistakes. Many of us also like pushing M+ with 1500-1900 io, and hoping to go higher. We don’t often save lockouts, preferring to fish for upgrades and stay fresh on our farm content until the end of a tier. We clear heroic on an optional Tuesday alt night, and clear our mythic farm in regular raid times (taking about 1.5 hours) the rest of our 4+ hours per week go to progression.
Expectations: We understand that people can’t make every raid, but we expect people to post in discord if they can’t make a raid or will be late. Also you should be able to make about 85% of raid days. Performance and consistency are the two main determining factors for being brought to progression bosses (though composition needs sometime have to take priority).

More About the Bench:
Since people can’t always make every raid we aim to keep a roster of about 26-27 people. This means that often ask people to sit for bosses they don’t need, and some people will have to be benched on progression. This is based on how well people are performing and how consistently they show up. We like to give everyone a chance and rotate people in after getting a boss down, but progression spots are competitive.
