What we expect from an applicant
-On time
-Ability to give and receive criticism
-Knowing the fights before coming to raid
-Being able to learn fights quickly
-Demonstrate extensive class knowledge while learning mythic level content
-Being able to approach difficult fights with a good attitude.
We have achieved CE in BoD, EP, and Nyalotha. Formerly Inertia-Lightbringer, we decided to make the swap to horde going into shadowlands

Strong applicants for any role will be considered and are encouraged to apply. We generally look for the player not the class.

Our goal is to achieve cutting edge faster than we did for the tier before, push high end keys, and harness a competitive atmosphere without being toxic. Each tier we have succeeded in our goal to get CE faster than the tier before, the expectation in this guild is to always be improving on your role.
