What I mean by casual:
I am not saying bad, playing very little, green parsing consistently or failing mechanics semi often and being 3/12-4/12 for ages many months after the launch of the raid since those are clearly the easier bosses.
What I am looking for is a more relaxed guild with mythic raiders who dont take themselves too seriously, that have no interest in killing mythic asap, that know their classes and arent tryhards, its a game that is supposed to be fun, not work.
I know if you got 20 people that can do mechanics well and know their class you can breeze through many mythic bosses later on
About me:
Started raiding at the end of WoD and mostly enjoyed it, mostly heroic since it was highly accessible even without a guild. The issue is that is often start losing interest in a class and start focusing and have passion for another which results in me switching mains semi often, almost always it is ranged dps casters though so I am looking for a guild who doesnt mind me changing dps classes/specs every now and then(it will be multiple times within a tier).
Do i expect you to gear my new main by carrying me through farmed content? No, just like with my current guild when I decided to gear my spriest I did it myself through raid pugs and some m+ while jumping on my mage for mythic due to his higher performance, but I do expect to join main raid on my new main once I have close to similar performance of my previous main. (Calculating that based on sims since wow classes arent that hard to play well after a couple weeks, and always using 5min/minor movement because patchwreck is rarely possible these days and some classes are more affected by even slight movement than others, cough cough arcane cough.)
I play this game as an rpg, meaning I know my class and make the build that I enjoy the most gameplay wise, that means at times I wont be playing meta bis build most of the time, I was playing MM in the past which is the furthest from FotM, I was playing arcane mage with vision major because it improves gameplay of arcane, I am playing spriest with shadowy insight because I enjoy the mobility it gives, and even with those underperforming options I still perform pretty well.
I honestly dont view mythic as something special, it is simply heroic but with an extra mechanics and tighter dps requirements so you cant have only half the raid knowing how to perform well and carry the rest like in hc. And since I have no interest in starting mythic from the first week of a patch there is no need for everyone to have the bis meta l33t build that usually isnt even fun.

Like I said, I am looking for a casual fun guild, I have little interest in tryhard guilds who tell themselves they are special because they are doing mythic or demand from everyone to be playing the meta build to cover up the failures of other players, I dont care if that statement offends you, I am not into such guilds and people : )
Oh I am also an ultra gay furry uwu so lgbt safe guilds are a bonus
