Hey All,
Looking for close knit mature active raiding guild aiming for Cutting Edge in SL.
I am looking to sink in effort for CE for next expansion.
Dont mind semi-hardcore guilds that are in seriousness aiming for CE in SL.
Have been a casual mythic raider in WoD/Legion (usually doing up to half the total bosses each tier).
Didn’t enjoy BFA personally so only heroic raiding here and there (So no - I dont have BFA logs for you to look at, but happy to be trialed in SL).
Ideally would like a guild having good history of achieving AOTC at normal pace and having heroic on farm.
-Preferably 2 day raid 8PM ST, but 7:30PM is okay too. Happy for 3rd day for progression when needed.
-Rogue main, alt depends on guild needs (probably lock, but thinking about BrM or BDK as my first serious tank for keys or alt raids).
-Long time raider, reading & watching boss guides/mechanics before pulls & raid items prepped.

Our schedule is Mon, Wed, Thurs 9pm-12 server time. 2 nights prog and 1 heroic clear/farm. We may be a fit for you and could certainly use a decent Rogue. Our speil HERE.

If you’re still looking, and you’re sick of hearing LOKTAR every time you click on something, [A] Inspiration on Saurfang /Nagrand & Caelestrasz might be what you’re looking for. Our raid team is mainly comprised of ex-hardcore raiders who can no longer (or are unwilling to) keep up with the daunting schedule of full-time raiding.
Most of us have full time jobs, partners, kids, or some combination of responsibilities that keeps us from playing the game 24/7. We consider ourselves ‘casually hardcore’.
We raid Wed-Thu 20:00 to 23:00 server time; and run mythic keys Monday and Friday nights. As well as pushing keys, we also run low level keys because everybody always has that alt they’re privately working on.

Illogical have achieved CE the previous three tiers on a two night a week schedule and come SL we are ramping up to 3 nights to push the content down quicker.
What do we look for in applicants?
We look for the players that go that extra step to ensure they are doing all thats possible for the team, players that realize every action they dont do to stay optimised and competitive means a burden the entire team has to wear. We look for players that leave their ego behind, this is enforced from management down. We have an open book policy and constructive criticism will be given and will also be taken provided it is constructive and presented in the right way. We look for players who share our goals and drive for results but also are capable of having a laugh and dont take life to seriously.
