We describe ourselves as a semi-hardcore guild that does have CE as a goal, we will always play the game to have fun and enjoy one another. We raid Monday and Tuesday 8-11 CST / 9-12 EST with a highly encouraged but optional night on Wednesdays early in the tier for gear farm also at the same times. We are Horde on Area 52 but who knows if that matters with cross realm coming out in the future! Outside of raid we do enjoy running Mythic +, though that interest falls off later into the tier unless people are playing alts.
Ideally, we are looking to have around 23-25 raiders because we understand real life happens and want to ensure the raid team continues to progress uninterrupted!
REQUIREMENTS:
To get an invite to heroic raid on Mar 1 you must be 245 ilvl and have 252 conduits.
During the tier we require one 15 key or higher for your m+ vault per week (this falls off as we gear), to get your m+ dungeon rating high enough to max valor upgrade (bad luck protection), and to have your double legendary by MONDAY raid the first week it becomes available.
RAID EXPECTATIONS
Watch the fight videos posted BEFORE we get to the boss in raid.
Make sure you are fully enchanted, have armor kits, potions, oils/sharpening stones, and eventually in mythic augment runes.
Nothing crazy, you have 19+ people depending on you to do your job so we expect some personal responsibility around preparation!
