Our leadership has been active from launch and has raid leading experience dating back to the original launch of retail WOW. My goal has been to maintain a relaxed environment with minimal requirements while still clearing content in competitive times. We clear all three forty-raider instances weekly with optional twenty-raider instances on off-nights. Looking ahead, I plan on maintaining a capable roster to clear Naxx weekly up to the eventual TBC launch.
While looking to fill specific immediate openings, we also consider any exceptional player. We don’t run a deep bench, so if you’re a strong player you’ll see play-time.

We have a hard-stop time of Midnight.
We clear AQ40 (Friday), BWL and MC (Monday) weekly with the occasional Onyxia.
AQ20 and ZG are optional off-night
LOOT SYSTEM
We run a modified DKP system with static item costs.
Our system has a weekly decay.
Resistance and Off-spec items are free but awarded by Loot Council.
