(H) afterMath eSports - Tichondrius. Tue/Thur/Sunday Hardcore raiding guild

As you may already know we are not just a completely new guild, we are a new organization as a whole. Competitive World of Warcraft raiding is the first venture we here at afterMath eSports wanted to undertake and with the upcoming release of Shadowlands we believe it’s the best chance to establish our support teams to ensure the success of our raiders in the upcoming expansion. We are in the process of recruitment and accessing the required resources needed to hit the ground running in the first raid tier, Castle Nathria. Though we are excited for this new beginning, we also recognize that Rome wasn’t built in a day, and there is going to be a lot of work to be done if we want to be a recognizable contender in the coming “Hall of Fame” races that Shadowlands will offer us. We are starting our recruitment off from the very ground level. With that said, we are currently in the process of interviewing a few raid leaders who have the capabilities and experience to lead a world class team. We are also interviewing for our officer core that will help support the raid leader and raiders in the preparation of whatever schedules we have coming up. Our raid leader and core officers will have their initial server transfers paid for, and after the probation period will also have their monthly game time paid for as well as additional perks moving forward. .

Our current raid schedule is as follows -
(Times are in PST)
Tuesday | 6pm - 10pm.
Wednesday | Off
Thursday | 6pm - 10pm.
Friday | Off
Saturday | Off
Sunday | 6pm-10pm (Heroic/Mythic carries for gold)
Monday | Off

The benefits of joining a guild that is linked to an organization like ours is the outside support we are able to offer that may not be found in a traditional guild setting. The ecosystem of the organization runs a level of support from a variety of departments. From sponsorships, to social media and public relations, to organizational management, and many more. The more afterMath eSports grows as a whole, the more we are able to support the those under the umbrella of the team. For WoW in particular it means we will have additional social media presence to promote our raiders streams and content creations. Resources allocated from sponsorship agreements will allow us the funding to pay for game time, transfers, boosts, etc. for our players in order to stay competitive. With enough resources allocated through the proper channels there is no reason why we won’t be able to live up to our standard of doing whatever it takes to succeed.

I hope after reading through our introduction it is apparent that we are a new organization and there will be growing pains, but we are thinking ahead and planning for the future to ensure our growth is smooth and consistent. If you are interested in joining a well structured competitive mythic raiding guild, please fill out an application on our forums at aftermathesports dot come and we will be in contact with you soon.

I look forward to hearing from you,
AMEkaRmy
