You sound like a great fit. I’m gonna run this by my “raid comp” professional. How dead-set are your tank druid and paladin on playing die-hard tank specs? 
I think they could be persuaded to dps. Trust me when I say we dont want them healing lol
HA! I feel you there. I know a few hybrids that are the “one-spec” type because for the love of god I swear some of them never trained a heal spell. Not even for self healing.
