About Baddies:
Baddies was formed in Cataclysm with aspirations of clearing all high end raid content. Over the years we have repeatedly reached this goal while steadily improving our roster, atmosphere, and rankings. Notable achievements include a Server First Garrosh on Stormreaver as well maintaining a US 30-100 spot for 5 years. Raid Times:

Raid Rules:

  • Every boss pull requires every raider to have a rune, flask, and food buff. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule on Mythic difficulty.
  • All DPS will be expected to use three potions per boss pull. One Coastal Healing Potion and two potions specific to your class (potion of intellect, strength, agility, etc.).
  • Raiders who are regularly the cause of unnecessary down time may face consequences because the raid leader will place great focus on increasing the total number of boss pulls per raid night.
  • When the raid leader or guild master wants Discord silent, be silent.
  • If a raider has an issue with any other raider, do not verbalize it in Discord. Please contact Staxotaur to act as the intermediary. Most of the guild doesn’t care about your individual drama.
  • Please keep criticism constructive. We aren’t snowflakes, but constructive criticism is the easiest to implement changes with, so from an efficiency perspective it is preferred.
  • Raiders will be expected to complete a +10 mythic dungeon per week.
  • Bind on Equip epic raid drops will be given only to core raiders who need the item as a direct immediate equip for their main spec. Otherwise, all BoE items will be given to the guild bank to finance the supply of raiding materials.
  • With any progression focused guild, people will be asked to sit on the bench to either optimize our raid composition or rotate people in for gear on easier bosses. We ask that people be understanding that everyone will be benched at some point and that it isn’t anything personal, we just want to kill bosses like everyone else so we ask for everyone to be understanding.

Hey Crucyfixx! We’re actually on the same server, and looking to add more ranged to our roster. We’d particularly love spriest :slight_smile:

Important deets:

7-10 PST Th/Sun/Mon, ending early Thursday. Muster at 6. You hit all of our requirements in terms of neck/gear/prog, so I’m not concerned about that. Drunk run/heroic team runs on Saturday nights, but they are their own team.

We are a 3ish night guild - Thursdays are our clear night (farm) that we usually end early on, though with us currently extending, we are using it to farm Crucible + do 1-2 hours of progression (though we’re still ending early). TRekt is currently 7/9 Mythic (yay we killed mekka).

Our history is that we’re an offshoot guild from Antisocial Club, and began in Legion. ASC quit raiding in Tomb, but a few of us still had the itch to raid - just not on our 4+ night schedule that we historically kept. Thus, badabingbadabam, TRekt was born.

About our Guild:
Roadrunners formed at the start of Wrath and is one of the oldest guilds on kil’jaeden. Raiding on a short schedule(t/w/t 8-11pst), we are able to stay competitive by making effective use of our raid time. Loot is handled fairly with a loot council. We aim for a raiding roster of 25 players who are able to maintain a high level of play and attendance. We are looking for progression minded players who want to raid on a shorter schedule and achieve cutting edge every tier!

Our Raiders:
Roadrunners is full of mature players who love to play WoW. They have a great understanding of the game/class mechanics and are always willing to help new recruits out. Trial Expectations:
If you are accepted for trial you are expected to be in guild and ready to raid by the next reset. We expect you have a working mic and are able to communicate clearly should something happen during an encounter. Being able to take constructive criticism is a must. Not sure if you’re down for morning raiding, but if so we’re looking for just one or two more strong DPS to bolster our roster.

Constant Insanity is a MORNING raiding guild based on Sargeras Alliance side with a goal of completing mythic content while it’s current. We are a relaxed group of adults and most of our raiders either work alpha shift or live overseas. We spend a lot of time pushing M+ keys together on off days and after raids and have a decent amount of people with high io scores. We also run pug raids multiple times per week and do achievements together.

Regarding recruiting, while we have a “wish list” of classes, a good player with a positive attitude is worth more than a specific class. If you are interested, feel free to look us up on discord or add to BNET even if you don’t see your class/spec listed below!
