Packleader is good for both surv and bm in pve and m+, i dunno about pvp that bracket has been a travesty since they ruined pvp. however it has seperate balacing auras for a reason. in pve MM is deligated to sentinel only an even then its a bottom performer. ive done weekly 10/11s with alts that are 19 ilvls lower than me on survival/ret and im just barely beating them or tying their dps at ilvl 633 being a top mm hunter in the game. its pretty sad state we in.
