Silly question… but is it guaranteed to receive the pet even if you only purchase 1 bag and do the proper submission?
I hate all of this. Make a game, charge us to buy it then monthly to play it then lock pets behind other purchases

You know, the microtransaction model is horrible, but it’s the model with the least perverse incentives out there. You get something every time you pay, and there is no incentive to waste player’s time like there is with a sub model.
And I’ve been saying for a long time that subs won’t mean you don’t have microtransactions. You’ll have microtransactions AND a subscription fee.
I thought about is (as I am a rather avid battle pet collector) but sounded like a hassle, so I’ll just wait for it to show up on the trading post in 6-12 months and get it then.
If it never does, then 
I have several baubleworms already (might even be getting close to the one that costs 10,000 charms
speaking of which, perhaps i should go hit up some of the battlepet dungeons I never got around to finishing up all the way

I managed to find a variety of Trolli candy that WASN’T sour, but it was an ordeal 
I bought it, now I’m waiting to get the shipping confirmation so that I can submit it.

I’m getting mine (am EU and our Trolli doesnt count) by just tossing money at a US friend. They get to keep the candy, I get my pet code. win win.
The 10k worm is totally worth it. it’s big and creates rainbows!
I am on keto so don’t eat sugar. How can one tell it’s a valid bag? I seen a trolling but I didn’t see any mention of wow pet or promoting it?
regional rewards in a world wide game are just stupid. as an avid pet collector with about 97.1% of all pets collected, this promo can shove it.
I submitted my receipt on Saturday, I’m expecting it by today! If not I’ll be sad lol. I think the pet is nice.

Just got my gummi worm battle pet today! 
The process:
-I bought the small bag of sour worms that had Thrall on the front last Saturday. Took a picture with my tablet of the receipt and also the bag below it just for fun.
-I submitted the picture and required info around 6:12 PM (Central) that Saturday. Got the first email, “SUMISSION RECEIVED,” about my submission at that time.
-The second email, the “Congratulations!” one, was sent to me at 12:51 AM (Central) on Monday, which I got to the email around 9 AM (Central) Monday morning. It contained a link which asked if I wanted the reward for WoW:TWW, Diablo IV, or Sea of Thieves. I clicked WoW:TWW and gave my email again for them to send the code. Took a few seconds to process it and it went through.
-After a few minutes of finishing the last part, the third email, “Your reward has arrived!” was sent at 9:08 AM (Central) with the code for the battle pet. I redeemed the code in my account and got the worm battle pet!
Gotta admit, I’m sort of a sucker when it comes to promotions like this with permanent in-game items. In this case, my sister got a bag of candy she really likes and I got that awesome battle pet, which I’m happy to have in my collection!

Did your worms come from either Walgreens ,Dollar General, or Circle K?
They tout “Exclusive in-game tabard in World of Warcraft” as an available option in their terms:
Someone on reddit said they purchased from Dollar General but got the same three options (no tabard).

Wal-Mart, of the neighborhood market variety, is where I got my bag.
I’ve heard others talk about there being exclusive tabards as some part of a promotional event, but I haven’t seen anything official or any info on how to actually get those tabards. As far as I can tell, I didn’t see anything about that when I went through the process for the gummi worm battle pet.
Looking online, there seems to be some confusion about it also, as others have gotten Trolli products at those places and never got any tabards from it. I’m curious if that promotion has gone live or not, since I haven’t seen any sites like Wowhead mention it unless I missed it somewhere.
