Considering there are 40 slots, if the Druid is a good player and shows up prepared and is willing to throw on healing gear at times, then i don’t see what the problem would be. He would be lower dps than other specs but at the same time brings that crit aura, a innervate, some off tanking, and if he is easy going and doesn’t have a attitude then why not take one along.

Really? Cause ive tanked all raid content on this druid, and in original vanilla, tanked in aq40 as feral.

One feral is a net dps gain for the raid. Not sure what else is left to discuss

Does it do more DPS then is required for a DPS-check fight? If yes, then it is viable. Any more DPS then that is just gravy.
Also, just so people understand, every single spec in Classic is viable in all encounters and can do above the minimum required dps if they are geared from the content that brought them there. Anyone arguing this, literally is just spouting stuff they read or heard on the internet or in passing.
