Small change to ironfur

It now cost no rage and is off the global cd with a 5 sec cd can be qued with other skills. Plus a it gets a damage mitigation build in 10% per stack allowing it to stack up to 5 times. Ironfur lasts 30 secs also absorbs all magic then turns it to arcane to proc healing and then reflects it back to the attacker at 300% of damage. Enemies who hit you with ironfur at 5 stacks are stunned for 5 secs with no Diminishing returns.

It’s getting a change in the next patch, where it’s going to do a PBAOE split between nearby targets based on your armor with a talent on the lower right quadrant of the tree.

Basically it’s going to add a damage component to Ironfur.
Because the damage is split between nearby targets it seems that the damage it does is going to be a flat amount without regard to the number of targets which makes me think it’s going to be more useful in single target. (IE I can do 100 damage to one target, or 20 damage each to 5 targets) If it indeed goes live as written.

Interestingly you can stack ironfur, meaning that applications on top of existing ones will do progressively more damage as your AC increases.

I don’t think it’s going to be a GAME CHANGING ability, but it’s might be picked up, just for the extra damage, if you go down the right side of the tree. I guess. There’s some other choices down there that are probably higher damage though.

We’ll see how it all shakes out in 2 weeks I guess.
