Doesn’t it take a dragon some centuries to become a teen or adult? Wrathion is younger than Anduin, so he had to go through accelerated aging and flash education? Is he some isekai reborn as a dragon with above normal magic for dragon standards?

Wrathion was already self conscious and sentient while still in his egg, and after hatching he immediately escaped his Red Dragonflight captors.
