If you watch him, he attacks the mage at normal speed, when he engages me he teleports all over the place. It’s not lag… His hits are hitting on par. He is obviously speed hacking. He turns it on when he needs it.

Well you defeated him. Also is it really speed hacking though if his ping is through the roof and yours isn’t? I see your spells hitting him each time and it only seems to be an issue on his end and not yours.
