Did I miss a new interview? Last I heard was to the effect of:
‘We’re surprised by the level of desire for RDF from players, we may need to reconsider it but I still don’t expect it to be added’
And this is also BS. People were running world tours daily and had prebis the moment Naxx was released.
I think the excuse of gatekeeping prebis is as dumb as the social interaction nonsense. Hard to know exactly why Blizzard is digging in their heals on RDF, they probably don’t even know.
in 3 different live stream interviews by brian, the statement was made “we have had to put rdf back on the table in the discussion due to the unexpected uproar”
that doesnt mean they are putting it back in game, mind you, but it means our noise in the forums and on their twitter feeds and maybe reddit has forced a small shift in their stance. we just have to keep pushing.

That idiot shouldnt have messed with it in the first place you reap what you sow, its unfortunate that they are literally incompetent for us players who pay for the game.
It needs a sign up page like retail has. Right now it just lists people seeking and groups. It’s very cluttered and hard to use. Not to mention request to join spam is terrible.
It needs a sign up page like the retail tool. Listing yourself as a player should be impossible. Groups are created and listed, then you sign up for those you want to join and the leader invites you. I don’t understand why they tried to re-make something that already works flawlessly.
It also makes you pick a roll when signing up to the group, which completely eliminates half the group being listed as tanks.
The whole thing is a bad UI design decision. Just copy paste the retail premade finder. It works flawlessly to building groups with a nice, clean UI.
