There is an achievement for 999 vers or 49 plus key.
What’s really really important, IMO, is that needs to remain true all the way to Argus himself.
And the big roadblock in the way is Kil’Jaeden. You can’t brute force him, and the conventional wisdom may default to “god moders only because we need just ONE person to survive the hardline mechanics to death-flick KJ in the nose and down him.”
If that fight “traumatizes” the community to over-react, Antorus recruitment might over-react. Antorus needs to be brute-forceable at ilvl 740 and the vers that comes from that… but that paradigm might get skewed, ironnically, by catch-up mechanics. If it becomes possible to be ilvl 740 without much vers…. I hope that still stampedes Antorus.
Why would any of the bosses need any hardline mechanics.
Remix is not about us using strategy or following mechanics.
Do you seriously expect players who mindlessly are grinding to get to 999. Need a challenge to test themselves ?
We are not looking for a challenge. We are just looking to melt the boss.
Remix has never been about executing strategies.

You’re 100% right and took the words right out of my head.
Kil’Jaeden’s darkness phase disagrees, apparently. I never ran it on par, but I have people telling me “this is going to break remix because it’s a REAL pass/fail mechanic and no one is doing Remix for that.”
Like the assumption I’m hearing is it won’t be a farming raid, for that reason alone.
Hardly any issue.
players have done it decades ago. Soloing the boss.

IIRC the problem with darkness is that the raid needs to move as a group to be in sight for healing (irrelevant in remix), and quickly kill the adds (no problem) before ticking damage ramps up too high (lol @200 versatility).
If anything, P1 knockbacks will be a problem since anyone thrown off the platform dies instantly. He’ll probably get shredded down to 1hp before any bombs go off so only a single DH has to survive.

Yes! It was the knock backs my friends mentioned, and if that’s a different thing than the darkness, yeah, that’s what they mentioned could break remix’s “form raid and stampede” paradigm!
If nothing else, the HDHs will survive it and kill KJ.
But as Protman has pointed out, I doubt even KJ or Argus mechanics are going to be a problem.

Remix is meant to reward players and give them a chance to earn stuff.
This is not content to challenge us. It is basically what Ion even said - just go have fun, be extremely powerful.
Most raids are done by players who have very little time on hands. If the blobs in Ilganoth can get hit fixed something can also be done for KJ if things are not rewarding as they should
For me personally, it literally is pointless.
My personal fun is by not participating in Mythic anything.
So i get a charcter to 80, get some okay gear and that is it.
On to the next character.
these remix guys will never see retail, they will all be deleted afterwards.
I just hope to make enough bronze to buy any vendored things i may want.
It why do you need to create alts ?
You can bring bronze on a single player and call it complete ?!?!?

I Enjoyed MoPRemix much more than this version.
Iʻve leveld up 1 alliance and 1 horde to 80 but for characters 3&4 im not feeling it. got my Monk to like 50something and my Pally into the 30s but im kinda jaded at this point.
IDK Leigon remix just dosenʻt have the pull that MoPRemix had for me.
Instead of deleting wouldn’t it make sense to move all those fresh 80 to retail and atleast earn the class mounts ?
Oh ive done every class story to max in original leigon to max and got all the class mounts. only the fel ones to get and im not to thrilled with those even if they are on the vendors..
I’ve been saying that it feels pointless too. Not only you do not get something tangible like a mount or title for reaching max infinite power, but raids drop the same amount if you solo them as if you were in a raid. This is plain bad design.
I don’t think I’ve heard of a “soloing mythic raids in a reasonable timeframe”-level of power yet. Is that a thing that’s happening pre-999 vers?
I have soloed normal raids, since they drop the exact same stuff as if you were in a raid, I have not bothered with higher raids.
