at least that made sense lorewise. the sunwell is also an arcane energy source, and pretty much every elf has an affinity with the arcane and uses it everyday in some capacity even its just enchanting a broom to sweep up especially mages with a strong devotion to the arcane(their racials reflect this), similarly to how paladins/priests have achieved golden eyes, mages and others could return to their blue eyes. this thread and pretending high elves werent already playable was always trolling

I want my void elf’s room in sinfury spire where I can stand around the trip and be like what the heck orcs suck! All day every day.

Agree. I think that would be a good compromise and having a “human” eye option for Void Elves (that look like High Elves) would help differentiate them from Blood Elves.

High Elf NPCs used to have “human” looking eyes until not too long ago, so it’s not as if there’s no precedent either.

On the flip side, more voidy black eyes would make a lot of sense too.

We had far more void drip then fel drip, and even then blood elves was coming of from the fel 2nd hand smoke anyways.
