Same issue here. I did PvP only last week with two of my characters, got enough rated honor to get 3/3 rewards on one and 2/3 on the other. It seems the issue only happens to those that only did PvP. My brother did PvE that was worth some rewards and did not have any issues looting the Great Vault. He told me when he checked the Great Vault via Group Finder he got the message “There are rewards awaiting you at the Great Vault” by clicking over the option. Me, on the other hand, did not get that message. Is like I did not play at all last week, although I have +1800 arena rating right now.

Same here, 3/3 pvp choice, my partner of arena got his choices but i just get an empty vault. I just cant believe the only freaking answer we are getting is “relog till you get it”, its just unreal.

They’re now locking other posts about the issue
They want info so here it is I logged on went to oribos and opened the vault and everything was locked even though I had 2/3 rewards last night before I logged I don’t know what else to say man

hopefully they fix it soon since theyre only suggested resolution isnt resolving anything. my only concern with them at this point is that they wont address it for a long while. in BFA hunters could trap while hex’d ALL OF BFA… literally the stupidest bug, completely ignored for an entire xpac
Just so everyone is clear, relogging isnt doing anything, over 100+ times now. Dont waste your time.

Same issue for me. I was 3/3 PvP rewards and the display is showing nothing.
Also the vault UI is showing up instantly, where as on my DH there was a cast time (opening a chest).

wasnt aware of a cast time, yeah mine opens insta on all 3 toons as well

Someone on another thread mentioned getting the quest before opening the vault I know I didn’t get the quest first did anyone else have it and still got nothing ?
