Great Job Blizzard

Unless, you know, they happen to be protesting between the white house and a church where the president wants to get his picture taken.

I had no problem with Barr ordering the clearing of protestors.

I lived outside of DC for 18 years. Everyone knew DC was a no go zone where you would get killed if you went there (outside of the area around the White House). It was the Murder capital of the world you know.

A little tear gas is a lot less than getting murdered.

They add black and hispanic and asian humans to customizations yet there are no areas for those races of humans in azeroth yet, some people think pandaria but pandaria never had humans. It is speculated that wrathion make have found a zone with black egytians and that dragon isles may be key but still, it feels lazy to add the customizations without the background culture, mythology of the zones which thus races may have came from. Imagine instead they added the black, hispanic, asian humans but also added more blizzard style human lore mythological creatures from africa/brazil/japan/china/asia/mexico ect to go along with it. There may be some already but there is so much more. Imagine having a place with culture and urban legends ect of thus races to go along with the customizations instead of bam now you can be black hispanic or asian… ok but where from in azeroth and where is their culture as HUMANS of these races reflected?
Want to see a true africa zone with humans there, so so much culture, yeah we may have trolls and islander mythology but those were not humans and now we have humans meaning you could add more and tie it to humans, same with asia, pandaria is fine but how about the rest of asia and make it a zone with humans alongside other asian mythological beings, same with Hispanic. I am also disappointed that the concept art was a santa/wizard looking jailor who was based off the germany ancient lore of what santa and wizards looked.

I did notice tho that some armor in shadowlands is japanese samerai themed and there are Shinigami and Qilin so there may be some basis of an attempt to bring in more culture into the game.

I do. You should.

It’s called the First Amendment. The right to peaceably assemble and petition the government for a redress of grievances is sacrosanct.

umm ok cool but how about donating to real issues like Wounded Warrior Project or groups to help stop inner city violence? Stop pandering to groups that are controlled by corrupt politicians only out for themselves. Want to help this country? Get rid of career politicians and reduce inner city violence.

but that is not what the current protests are about, whenever those group decide to do the same and make themselves know worldwide at the same time, maybe blizz will donate there too.

Doesn’t count for violent thugs. You people are so quick to label any “protest” peaceful just because CNN told you it was. If they were really “peaceful”, again, the tear gas wouldn’t have ever even come out. If they were “peaceful” statues wouldn’t be getting torn down, buildings wouldn’t be getting stolen and converted into their “autonomous zones”, and they wouldn’t be acting as a giant Fascist whine mob assaulting people just for not bowing to their demands.

Petitioning the government is a peaceful process, and if you don’t get it, it doesn’t give you the right to burn, loot, and kill people for not giving you what you wanted.

Oh look, a dogwhistle.

The tear gas came out because the protesters refused to disperse. Nobody was hurt, and no property was damaged.

I’m going off of quotes from National Guard soldiers who were stationed in DC for the protests. These were given to NPR, not CNN.

I understand that there was violence and destruction of property by rioters earlier in DC. That was not happening at the time tear gas was used to forcibly disperse a peaceful protest.

Oh, yes, and most of them were also white. Unless you count their matching black uniforms. People like you are pathetic, you see “racism” everywhere, because you’re weak.

When they are blocking the path of President, you get out of the way. Kind of like how most of “victims” that BLM worships should have done when the lawful officers told them to stop resisting arrest. If they want to “protest”, blocking off roads is also illegal. You don’t have the right to screw up the jobs and livelihoods of normal working class people for your “protest”. Take it to the sidewalks and wave signs, like REAL protesters.

You keep saying it’s “peaceful”, but they were obstructing traffic and being a nuisance. They were breaking the law by doing so.

Civil disobedience is a time honored tradition in this country, and most of western civilization. Nobody goes to these protests without understanding that they may spend the night in jail as a result.

You don’t respond to civil disobedience with force, you respond with arrests.

I love how people like peaceful protest where people are killed, government building set on fire, windows broken, stores looted & entire sections of cities are taken over by armed people who restrict access, demand stuff from the people who live there and declare themselves independent from the US ( and they don’t demand the same reaction to CHAZ they did to the South).

They are fine with throwing people in jail for going to church or actually hanging out peaceful with gun and no damage happened and no people were killed.

Please explain what “people like me” means in this context.

“Lawful officers” GTFO. If a cop is hassling you for no good reason, you do not have to be nice to them. Politeness and deference is not required. If they want to arrest you, they can read you your rights and state the charge.

You mean stand out of the way like a bunch of meek children, too frightened of consequences to take action and demand the rights they are entitled to under the law? No, I think they have it right. If you don’t inconvenience anyone, they won’t even notice the protest, and your message has no impact.

Then why didn’t the police immediately arrest them for breaking the law?

By all means, anyone who is being violent or destructive doesn’t speak for me and I don’t support them. Throw them in jail and try them for assault or destruction of property as appropriate.

Nobody was thrown in jail for going to church. Mississippi police (Mississippi being a known bastion of the progressive left ) FINED (not arrested) people in a church parking lot for breaking curfew. Nobody was arrested for protesting in Michigan while open carrying because they wanted a haircut.

Let’s see a bunch of BLM activists with CCWs open carry at a protest, I wonder how long before they are shot by police.

Al Sharpton shakedown, methinks.

You list one. There were more. The pastor in VA:
The charge is violating Virginia Governor Northam’s COVID Order 55 with a penalty up to a year in jail and/or a $2,500 fine. Liberty Counsel is representing Pastor Kevin Wilson and Lighthouse Fellowship Church.

I can dig up more, but I am too lazy to right now. I did list the one you mentioned and another above.

There have been several open carry groups that are black with no issues.
Simple search pulled up and old one:

Newer one:

No problems. And you know what? If there were, I would be fighting right along side them. The 2nd amendment is for EVERY American and EVERY American should utilize it.

No one protested because they wanted a haircut. That’s what the Dem Mayors did.

Being fined or jailed for violating the Governor’s Executive Order is not the same as being fined or jailed for going to church. This was a pastor holding services despite explicit orders not to do so in the interest of public safety. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

BTW this has gone to SCOTUS already, 5-4 in favor of upholding EOs that restrict religious services.

Irrelevant, far too old.

Fair enough, I can admit I was wrong here.

People were literally carrying signs that read “I need a haircut”.

Leftists and Communists. “Woke” slacktivists who see “racism” everywhere, because they redefined “racism” as being an invisible thing that isn’t based on the intent of person using it, but based on the paper-thin fee-fees of the perpetually offended.

If you want to go and get yourself a bullet embedded in part of your body, go right ahead. They are the law. You will obey them without question when they ask you to “stop resisting”. If you have a problem with your arrest, call your lawyer. You are innocent until proven guilty, after all. But, at the time of the arrest, that officer IS the law.

No. Stand out of the way like polite, respectful adults, instead of acting like spoiled little brats just because no one gave you your Communist murder state like you wanted. If you act like children, which those protesters were, you will be treated like children. If you act like respectful, law-abiding adults, like the lockdown protesters or the TEA Party, or MLK’s peaceful protests, you will be treated with respect.

Can’t arrest them all. So, a little tear gas goes a long way.

As long as the only people being fined are Church goers yet protestors and looters are set free, you have no leg to stand on. Its about going to church despite the wording. Its like telling a Black candidate they don’t get the job because “they are not a good fit”. Stop the hypocrisy.

Just shows how far we were progressed even 6 years ago and only have come further since. Just shows the US is not as racists as you say we are and haven’t been for a LONG time.

Maybe they just take their personal hygiene VERY seriously. Again that wasn’t the purpose of the protest, and as someone who claims to fully support the right to protest, you seem to only accept one sides reason to protest like the rest of the left. Again Hypocrite, like below
