I think that if flying was available in all zones from the start, there was never the jailer’s eye or a mounting restriction in the maw, and gearing was exactly like WoD 6.2, this expansion would probably be an A for me 
Right now, it’s close. Probably a B-; not bad.
An A+ for me, personally, would have significantly better end-of-dungeon gear, non-mythic raid gear buffed to 233-239-245-252 instead of 213-226-239-252, no rating/KSM requirements for upgrades (just valor/honor/conquest), and no currency caps. Other people may not like it, but that’s just what would make me happy.
