It happens to me every so often, but if these resets didn’t happen my level would never change. I might actually log out and back on soon so I can show I hit max lol.

Hopefully ( I didn’t check) you post in the bug section and someone can help you.
My only troubleshooting suggestion would be to log into your bnet and then into all of your characters into the game . Then completely log out. Go back into the forums, log yourself out, clear cookies, and then log back in.
Though you’ve probably already tried those steps.

Maybe could try changing your password? Sometimes that forces a refresh of the forums
This can be a bit painful if one has the browser caching a lot of passwords, but going into the controls and deleting cookies may also help as it forces the browser to refresh all information.
It logs people out from time to time because after a year of being here. the forums still aren’t fixed and allow unsubbed people to post.
Sometimes it logs me out on my PC when I post from my phone and vice-versa. I’ve seen the bug where it shows me the wrong account too.
Currently seems to have eaten my portrait for no apparent reason.
