ouch… that sounds rather painful honestly. Might explain why they come out green though…in some way. Can just imagine it now the pregnant goblin is laying there and the doctor talks about using a seaforium charge to get the baby goblin out of her only for her to look at him like “You’re going to do what?!” lol
