I know it bothers you guys that people aren’t willing to quietly leave and let you pretend that there’s nothing wrong with the game.

He posted on a classic character. I’m going to guess that he didn’t actually play retail. People who played retail after buying shadowlands got benefits that invalidated any possibility of refund.
