Tauren or troll
Orcs are my favorite for shammy, but you can’t go wrong with troll or tauren.
The only wrong answers here are goblin and vulpera.
Im holding out for undead shaman with tombstone totems.
I have a vulpera shaman, great fun! I don’t know if there is any advantage to having a vulpera as a shaman, but I enjoy it.
Orc is considered the best followed by troll and tauren. I was an orc but changed race to panda for the food buff.
That embellishment that makes your food buff persist through death should be a panda racial as well.
It is not. Panda’s racial increases the stat buff by 100% but it doesn’t persist through death.
I know, I was just saying it would be great if it also persisted through death.

Vulpera has my vote. Their racial tent is so cool, and the Vulpera have a really nice heritage set I think looks shamanistic.
I went vulpera because i wanted one and it felt like the most appropriate class for them.
Also, the racials are handy and their totems are my favorite.
Did you know the their damage absorb racial is really handy at preventing you from getting daze dismounted? It’s not perfect like the mount equipment, but it does make taking different mount equipment more worthwhile.

But also, they have terrific racials, and gear looks pretty solid on them.
Female Tauren looks like a complete boss in 70 gears as shaman, with a huge shield on the back.
Vulpera have the best totems, but I think Highmountain Tauren have the best race/class fantasy.
