Good news everyone! DPS getting more responsibility in M+

I think they should just remove all the class specs and just have 4 roles each with all the same abilities. Tank, Melee, Range, and Healer. Remove classes from the game so we can have perfect balance in M+.

Says quite a lot about the playerbase that they’re not even capable of doing the bare minimum. I mean ppl don’t even like to interrupt, an ability that’s not even on GCD lol.

Blizzard knows this, which is why heroic dungeons are the way they are.

Tbh I just want to know how you can hit 630+ ilvl and struggle to break 1mil overall damage.

You say that but I used to only invite people with gold or at the very least silver - never a “bronze” or no medal and my runs were 1000x better then today. This worked even going into Legion M+ as it was still displayed in group finder
it lasted a long time lol

But at the same time, dungeon scaling is looking to just be easier next season, DPS’s jobs will still be easier even with theoretically lower tank damage.

The real slackers are welfare dps who don’t have to pay hybrid tax anymore.

Honestly feels bad atm when I’m getting out damaged by the tank that just has 2-3 button rotation.

Affliction especially I do tank DPS if not less depending on how fast things die

That is the struggle with all dot/ramp classes.

If the ret/fury kill off everything before you can do damage to it, you don’t really do that much damage, which is compounded by blizzard making it so that in lower levels of content, nothing has any health.

It was funny the first few times. It took me all season to time arakara above a 7 :joy: (still haven’t timed a 10)

Yea I’ve been gearing this warlock for a week, I tried the recommended Hellcaller destro spec and instantly realized that diabloist was going to be better unless I was doing something a bit above a 10 even with my gear. dot spec plight.

bro that last boss diffs people so hard still it’s insane, I didn’t realize it until i was gearing this char :joy:

Eh. Low tank DPS makes it more likely that I will rip threat if I start blasting. I will take compassion on those overworked tanks by grey parsing tyvm.

People just don’t swap to spiderlings.

Or the double beetle you have to cc to stop it calling for help.

The dungeon just constantly checks if people are awake lol

yea. It’s actually my preferred dungeon for farm on my main since it’s incredibly fast if people are good, if you want the portal we can probably group together and smash it out quickly on my dh.

I actually agree with this philosophy but then I think clearing the dungeons should be less about maximizing damage and more about perfect execution and management
