there is a bug no goggles on engi trainer whats the point in releasing them if they dont go on the vendor until the raid is live thursday at whatever time and i imagine the arrow recipe isnt on the mobs i farmed them since server came up and nothing what is the point in not allowing these things until thursday?
It seems it’s not a bug, it’s just this time around phase start is on 14th for everything, not just raids

Literally everything has always released on Thursday for new phases since the start of Anni.
why condolences are you supposed to do it after?
well it’s just those who’ll have to do mag/gruul today for let’s say last moment attune etc, won’t enjoy +1 tier token
watched a mag/grull kill, dropped 3 tier tokens so i think that part of the change is live now
