I vote for the Gob Squad to be the faction leader, working together as a council of elders.
Gallywix was a bad choice from the start. Why is he leader in the first place? Money.
We take that so he has nothing and then dispose of him.
He makes Goblins look bad.
Those traits seem to be working fine for the U.S.A. so far.

I love Gallywix based on what I know of the character’s backstory.
He had what would be a great dad to any other race and hated him because he didn’t force him to work 24/7. From there he got his father’s business through hostile take over and grew it to get to where he is now. He’s ruthless, comical, and players can relate to his modern thinking.
I’m kinda bummed I don’t know what his current dealings are since I’m Alliance these days but I’d like to keep him where he is.
