Has this trinket been brought up yet for WOTLK arena?

I know that many engineering trinkets and devices have been disabled in arena and/or tournament settings. What do you think should be done with the GLG?

For those who do not know or recall;

-Generates a bolt of lightning to strike an enemy for 1530 to 1870 Nature damage.
-1 min CD
-1 sec cast time
-can crit
