And yes, I am in unholy spec.
Probably someone already said that but perhaps is the talent “Raise Dead” in unholy tree that causes this bug, however at high level its impossible to unlearn that talent.
Please fix this, has been a long time.
Agreed - I’ve been trying to apply the glyph since last month; no updates yet.
UPDATE: it finally works! 
i was able to put it on! i think they changed it this tuesday. c:
