I posted a separate report on this since it doesn’t seem to be functioning like how we saw in Shadowlands even without the catalyst. Since Blizzard hasn’t said anything would be changing there, I assume it is a bug. I have two 415 pieces of tier from the Vault so far but zero Heroic or Mythic raid appearances unlocked.
