Not every NPC has a voice line.
We’ve had them since end of BFA and in Telogrus Rift as early as Legion did we see High Elf wayfairers and Blood Elves being recruited. Thousands over the course of these many years have taken the Void and joined the Alliance. Many remain as they were during their time in Silvermoon or Dalaran etc. They look High Elf because all they did was a controlled version to gain Void powers.

Hey the Elves only lost what like 90+% of their population? Then that remaining population fractured like half a dozen times? Nah I’m sure there are thousands, elves are known to be very frequent breeders and their offspring age very fast. (Sarcasm)

there’s lots of void elves in midnight and rendorei settlements, you don’t make armies of dozens, we dont have numbers of any race but rendorei can match other races armies when blizzard wants that

In fact they could be even less than what we see
From what we see from Silvermoon rebuilt. 90% of the population was lost, but they rebuilt the entire city over 20-25 years and in that time have reproduced like crazy. Haven’t you noticed the NPCs in Quel’thelas all have young voices which implies these are relatively young elves, and if since the end of Legion which at this point was 15 years ago how many elves have bred their way back to a stable population and enough to funnel thousands to the Void Elves and High Elves. Even in TWW we have a Silver Covenant elf saying the reason he survived Dalaran was because his sister just gave birth, meaning that it wasn’t just Vereesa and the Blood Elves getting busy, but High Elves and Void Elves as we see with all these new characters introduced since Legion.
If given enough time another say 10 or 20 years we may very well see two significant Thalassian populations with a minor third population among the surviving High Elves. Read up about post WW2 baby boom and how many people were born. Then look up the population boom after the Black Death when 1/3 of Europe rebounded and the Renaissance exploded the European population from the brink. A few hundred can become a few thousand and a few thousand can become millions in less that 50 years. Just ask people who are in their 80s who were born on a planet with 2 billion people and now in their lifetime live on a planet with 8 billion! Imagine the population boom that all elven factions are having!

Enough to field an army’s worth of forces and still able to retain the losses of BFA and increase their population. So on the low end a thousand on the high end 10,000. It could be around 2-3k but not a dozen or a few hundred. You don’t field armies with a crack squad of elves.

BFA lore says otherwise. Legion was a few hundred. BFA turned to a thousand or more. Then Dragonflight/TWW we see that Telogrus Rift got a huge expansion of elves coming in and well now we are looking at enough to field forces all across Azeroth and beyond while maintaining their commitments to the Alliance. So easily in the thousands. You don’t suddenly have an army’s worth of elves from 50 or 100. That means a major recruitment campaign that brought hundreds of elves into the Ren’dorei banner which grew into the thousands. As they cannot possibly maintain field operations with a hundred people and an army’s worth of forces.

Did you bother to read the quests? At the start of the War we began with sieging Lordaeron and Lor’themar was shocked at the Void Elven forces that changed the course of the battle. More poured out of Void Elf portals. They then did a feint in Nazmir willing to sacrifice hundreds of their own people along the Alliance legion to distract the Zandalari. The Void Elven forces led several assaults. They then show Telogrus Rift being updated showing new recruits.

Dude either the Void Elves have an army’s worth of people or the entire Horde was routed and defeated on several fronts by 50 guys. What makes more sense? An army routed and defeated your army or a crack squad of elves? How does the story make sense if there aren’t at the very minimum a few thousand within the faction? We wouldn’t be able to justify the new recruits, the demon hunters, darkfallen, the high elven looking elves etc. They make it painfully obvious that they are converting hundreds. How else does the story of the last 15 years make sense?

an army in wow can be from 15 people and 50000000, unless you have real numbers you do not claim bullcrap numbers

They supply the number of NPCs necessary for the given situation and dont care about anything else
either way, if you want to go for the core of it, count them ingame, thats your real number.
Darkfallen is not new recruits they were just the dead elves among the 90% who were killed.

Void elves are gross, force blue and purple skin tone and give high elves what we always wanted. Regal and pure. void elves would make want to scrub the alien residue off. YUCK who asked for this lol. 20 years of disappointment for me.
