Am I the only one who thinks the carry price for this mount is insane? It costs more than AotC but is easier and quicker. It’s pretty dumb in my opinion.

Look, it is a mythic boss kill we’re talking about, even if not current tier. And cheezing her at that. Either you pay for it, because a well organized group which already has it can easily carry 2 players who don’t. Or just get to at least 465.
It’s a mythic kill yes it’s easy as pie for a mythic guild with the correct strat but you can’t carry 10 people for it like you can for aotc. Plus only 2 drop per kill while aotc is unlimited.

Mythic Jaina is easy. There’s a strat where you all just group up in the second phase, never interrupt her, and nuke her down.
It takes less than 5 minutes a week.
Agreed it’s much easier now but it’s also only 2 mounts per kill not unlimited like aotc is.
True. We’ve been working on getting it for our entire guild here recently.

its easy to pug with the cheese strat. just follow basic instructions. take the avalanche out of the raid…theres not too much more you have to pay attention to. does not require a mythic guild or a real strat past the first part. just group up and aoe.
but if you’re 398 ilvl, too low. at least get to like 460 or so before pugging it.
Also, if you truly like it, 350k is a very good price for it. Since you’ll have to get 18 geared people who have the mount already. With 2 carries that amounts to less than 40k per person per week. I salute the leader who goes through the process of organizing such a grp for that little gold.
yup 350k for 2 mounts means only about 35k a week after advert cut off the top for a lockout.
It takes at least 18 people who have it to sell it. Getting that many people together is challenging enough, 350k is dirt cheap IMO.

you can buy the mount run for gold, it is usually 200k to 300k or wait 2 expansions and start farming it.
Just dont interrupt her, thats the cheese.
The thing about mythic raiding is even though you might out gear the instance by 60 ilevels or so, you still have to do the affixes properly. You can’t kill the first boss unless you interrupt the healers. You can’t beat the monkey unless you know how to shock… etc.
Some carries go for multiple gold caps. So… not really too insane.

We are selling it for 300k. I don’t think it’s unreasonable considering the alternative is pugging it every week hoping you get it, or forming your own farm group to run it for 5 weeks and hoping everyone keeps coming vs a group that garuntees it and it’s over.
Try looking into the Jaina Buddies discord, people usually organize runs for Mythic Jaina kills in there
it’s incredibly easy to do now, I’m not sure why they didn’t just mail everyone the mount. You just have to join groups for it and do it. As long as you stick with the group your damage on it doesn’t matter, tbh if you just flamestrike or arcane explosion spam that will end up being the most helpful, since you’ll be consistently breaking out frozen people.
Just make sure you don’t interrupt / counterspell, at all.
