But that is not true at all though. It doesn’t get slower the higher level you are and you only need to be about 5-10 yards away from your target to get the shatter chance. It only needs 1 flurry missile to hit the target to gain the debuff, so you don’t need all the missiles to reach before the GS, just 1 of them.
