Give Worgen Tails (Part 2)

Concept art and Hearthstone both give Worgen tails. You lose again. Maybe this time you’ll read it.

Anyone else find this rich from this guy who cant even point out lore that he claims proves Worgen cant have tails? He only grasps at the straws of a story writer who don’t even write lore.

Yeah I get you. I’m still hopeful they’ll have a story happen where she does end up choosing it. Not because Worgen is Gilneas but because it represents something that the Gilneans took on as a curse but it became their strength. Still a choice thing but something that is not bad, something that made them more than they were before.

Wow I stepped away for a week and come back to over 300 posts…for my sanity i’m not reading the last 50. Why do we keep getting these “Mah lore” people who just spew random nonsense and try to sell it as fact when it’s not? Oh great…he’s also declaring he’ll kill the thread… how is he still here? For the record worgen can easily get tails the same way highmountain tauren got antlers, a wildgod blessed them and Goldrinn already has shown he at least acknowledges us worgen and can directly control he curse to a point he can give it to someone and take it away as he’s done to Talia. Lore is always changing, the second it stops changing is the second the game dies as if the lore doesn’t keep growing that means new things stopped being added. Game’s still going so lore still be growing and thus worgen can still one day have the option of a tail much like how there is still hope for the troll race to get beards. Also kinda funny he claims he ignored Fuzzbutt ages ago and STILL keeps replying to them

On another note someone please take the troll’s copium away as he’s clearly indulging in far too much of it and that’s not good for one’s health… or don’t… trolls do tend to walk off on their own at some point.

because they are asking for a tail withno lore to support why they can have a tail.

maybe you will be the one to tell us ? Is it a demand that worgens need tail or is it a fair ask that your race can get a tail because there is lore behind it ?

Look Astro, if you can ever show where there is actual lore that says that optional tails is a problem somehow. Then maybe I’ll believe you.

So far though you have yet to present any “lore” based reason that optional tails would be contrary to the lore.

Probably because there is no lore based reason to deny optional tails for worgen. It changes nothing about what they have done, can do, or are. It only introduces that there are those with tails and those without. Which effects zero lore.

I gave you many reasons. Pick one.

None of those are of any note in regards to Optional Tails for Worgen. Please resubmit with an actual lore based reason they cannot have optional tails.

I gave you the points why you cannot have optional tail both from ingame and from an external perspective.

You are free to decline. I am free to discuss in this thread why we cannot have an optional tail.

You gave no points that have any relevance to the topic at hand. None of those you mentioned are reasons that optional tails for worgen would be against lore. Two of your ramblings aren’t even remotely attached to lore at all and are at best wild assumptions with nothing backing them up.

Your only lore based point, which isn’t entirely accurate either, has to do with the Druids of the Pack, which is odd since they did have tails even in their worgen form, and that itself does not contend with the notion of optional worgen tails. You have presented zero evidence to support your claim.

I’m pretty sure he just dislikes furries. Why hes taking the scenic route with detours to get to that point is the mystery.

The Druids of the Pack, later called the Druids of the Scythe, were night elf druids who messed with some seriously forbidden magic.

They tapped into this wild, wolf-like shapeshift called the Pack Form, drawing power from the ancient wolf spirit Goldrinn. It was intense but super unstable, making them rage out like feral beasts.

This wasn’t the full-on worgen curse yet—just a druidic shapeshift that got out of hand before the Scythe of Elune turned them into the worgen we know.

I know my lore as to why Worgens cannot have tails.

That much is obvious. He has no lore to present it appears…

Ah so you admit this has no relevance to Worgen being able to have optional tails then?

You’re literally telling me right now that your own evidence you just provided does not support your claim? Do I have that right?

Good talk !
#NOTAILSFORWORGENS

So you’re giving up then?

You’ve provided nothing of any value to the topic at hand and have no viable lore based reason for why worgen cannot have optional tails?

Good talk indeed.

Not really. I will continue to defend this post.

Well let me know if you ever find actual lore that contends optional tails for worgen.

So far you are lacking.

It’s not that a lack of lore can stop Blizzard to add something.
Just take a look at the option to have a black elf.
In the lore, we have a clear rule that their color skin or/and eyes is tied to the magic they are using the Void elves and the Night warriors being the last cases.

We still don’t know what magic give them this black color skin and i doubt that Blizzard will tell us one day.
My point ? Blizzard doesn’t need any lore to add an optionnal tail for the worgens. They can add it on a whim and that’s it.

But the real question is why would they do this when they designed Worgens on European gothic werewolves ?

Could you imagine King Greymane with a tail facing Sylvanass.

Does he wag his tail when he sees Anduine ?

It depends of the design of the tail but considering Blizzard track record when it comes to the worgens… If they ever do it, the tail will be ridiculous and not something that the worgen community want.

Blizzard would never do it. Their whole image of worgen lore is based on rage and anger it is gothic, not cute.
