I mean you can deny it all you want but it only makes you look like a fool.
Dude its fine, you donât have to keep editing every other second to try to prove theyâre real. I was literally trying to help you out when I started talking lol
Nah I edit because my fingers move faster than my brain, so thoughts oft related get missed in the initial go-around.
I didnât know my roommate wasnât real. Thatâs worrisome.
So Thrall suddenly has a straight back now because?
Did you want game devs to spell it out that they made a mistake in the past game design lmao ?
Lore based Class and Race conversations in 22â is just silly. They make up what they want and retcon the rest. The community wanted upright orcs back during Cata simply because for whatever reason they made Thrall upright. Itâs not canon nor is Thrall upright any longer, do you think he all of the sudden said âokay, now I have bendy spine!â
The whole point is the community of people that play worgen, want a tail option. There doesnât need to be some 20-year history of it existing to warrant the request.
Nah itâs not silly. There are still some class/race combos that shouldnât be BECAUSE of the lore behind it.
The big one for an example would be Draenei warlocks.
Because the devs changed his model. Iâm fairly sure your name should be brick wall cause good lord even shown proof you refuse to see it. Bet you think when Odin says snow is white itâs a lie.
give worgens tails
I mean maybe, but they just gave Orc priests. Like, its done. The devs will follow community requests, not established lore or logic.
They exist already they are called Eredar.
Yes, which is precisely why we might never get the option.
Draenei still donât like Eredar.
Never say never. ARAC is what Blizzard is looking at doing and Eredar would be an easy way to make Draenei Warlocks. Not all Manâari Eredar joined the Legion by choice, some where left behind and forced to join.
Death to them all.
thrall isnât related because he started out hunch backed in his earlier iterations. Thats because all orcs were hunch backed because all orc models were identical. technology really is what changed his design into something that reflects the character more firmly. Itâs also why in Cataclysm he was more skinny pickle-shaped because they wanted him to look and act like Moses or something. That changed again in warlords. That is to say, there wasnât a lore reason âwhyâ he changed, but rather, the lore shifted along with his character design. I donât think skinny orc customization was even on the table at the time.
Really the straight back Orcs I feel started in WoD when we see the, well, Warlords. They were the leaders so they always carried this sense of superiority and gravitĂĄs and became a thing with playable magâhar and then, since they share a lot in common with regular Orcs, they too got the posture update.
Worgen tails arenât really compairable because thatâs something that has not existed before hand. My argument is that, regardless of whether or not itâs been seen before is irrelevant. It would make them look more wild and savage, which fits werewolf fantasy more strongly. so I think they should add it on that basis.
If you think thatâs unlikely to impliment, allow me to gesture in the general direction of void elves, dark rangers, and all their customization options.
Yea one day they got up and felt like hey guys Thrall should have a straight back or hey guys before we get questioned in Blizzcon fix Thralls back
I will personally pay for First class and ask this question on how they gave Worgen tail option in Blizzcon.
