This makes it seem like it isnât happening any time soon and âit doesnât fit with the current narrativeâ is the excuse. Like return to lorderon didnât really fit with the current narrative. The real reason is they might âlove to revisitâ itâs very low on their priority list so in some unknown future when they have extra time they might⊠might throw folks a bone or a tail.
Thereâs really no way he could be that tonedeff and claim to be listening without there being some measure of spite.

considering it took them 10 years to fix the cata models there may be some spiteful folk involved, more so they gave worgenâs human form seemingly more stuff than the worgen form got. Worgen form got some new fur and eyes but the human got jewelry, eyes, hair colors, skin colors, and such. If Iâm wrong about this then correct me politely but that seems a little⊠odd honestly. Human form is never active except out of combat and only when activated so why does it get more than worgen form? The human form getting more stuff could also be why some folk want worgen to be able to just stay human entirely and rarely become their wolf self which raises the question for me ofâŠif youâre rolling a werewolf only to stay human and rarely be a wolf why then why roll a werewolf at all? Hereâs hoping the biased and spiteful folk donât stop worgen from a tail option although there may of been some behind the dracthyr joke about worgen desiring a tail

Foxy they gave Worgen stormwind human options and thatâs it. There is absolutely nothing that sets Stormwind humans apart from Gilnean humans. Even something like giving Gilnean human form the Human waltz dance would go a long way to helping us tell the two races apart.

The thing that always sets me off about that, is the fact they most definitely DID have plans to give us more than just fur and eye color. Thereâs still a solid jet black fur option just sitting locked away in the folder that you can still datamine. They more than likely planned to release that with the second set of options that they had planned for Shadowlands, which then got abruptly cancelled due to them moving on towards the dracthyr early on.
There is a lot you can do with worgen, one of the biggest thing is bringing back normal hair styles for worgens like they originally did before they redid the model for Cataclysm.
Hearthstone shows us what the new current worgen would look like with the old Cataclysm beta hairstyles, and we can all agree it looks awesome. They even show us tailed worgens. So much you can do with worgen customization that has pretty much already been shown to us.
Hopefully these new people that got brought in will actually bring these in to the table, and more. No idea how true it is, but apparently they actually have a handful of people working specifically on character customization, something that Iâve actually been asking for instead of juggling the art team around from project to project. Only time till tell.

Human form got more options because it was ported over, not because they wanted to add anything to Gilneas Humans.

The joke of the Dracthyr woman is different in French :

Even if the (very incompetent) french translation team never explained it officially, i can tell you the most likely reason (99%) as i am french myself:
âTailâ is âqueueâ in french and it has a double meaning:
- The first one is the literal sense: an animalâs appendix.
- The second is the figurative sense that is more⊠gravelly (graveleux in french): Basically what is between the legs of a man, no more, ,no less.
And so, probably a mentally deranged translator considered that most of the people will think of the sexual connotation, forgeting that the one who did the joke is a female from a race that have a tail to begin with.
That reminds me of the joke that we dracthyr have and it goes like this " i showed my tail to one of those wolf people , they just looked sad , ahahaha i wonder whyyyy "
