Oh boy another good chuckle. It’s still a process that occurs naturally based on the magic they are using. I made this clear already in a previous post.
An Elf would have to be using the natural magic of the Leylines to get access to pure blue eyes… Not tapping in to the reservoirs of the Sunwell.
