Ya… If Blizzard even cared Worgen HA could have been something special. Instead we got the MS paint 2 minute special retexture. For 10 years Worgen females were the laughing stock of WoW player models. The update was a start but now is a real chance for Blizzard to show they care about the Worgen race and give us an optional look that is highly requested.

That doesn’t look half bad, except for one thing; the tail is anchored a tad low. It should be at the base of the spine, as the tail is actually a continuation of it. As it is…especially in the early part of the video (before the armor is shown), it looks like its coming out of…you know where.

It’s someone else’s model, please keep that in mind. This isn’t an actual Blizzard employee so don’t expect perfection 
I like it a lot, but the tail should be higher. Right now it’s sprouting out of you know where :x.

What I do know is that saberon is a model that uses the worgen rig and has a tail.
So it is possible to do the same with worgen.
It is possible to add this detail.
The model looks better aesthetically. It becomes complete.
The model shown by Roccus is a good example.
An Essay that can be improved, with the resources that exist today and were not available 10 years ago.

Every Wednesday I open the alpha and hop into the worgen customization screen looking for a tail option.

Because tails are BEAUTIFUL and the worgen look like they are about to fall over when they run, and a nice swooshing tail would help it look more natural.
Absolutely. Wolves in real life have tails, yah know, and about the whole “but they are half human!” thing, have you seen the faces, the dances, the talking? They are plenty human.

Because if we had the choice of an optional tail it would be a difference you can see between Worgen characters who choose to use them and those who don’t. Right now the only things that make Worgen models look different from others is the ear shape and fur color. There are small hair bits but they are so similar in looks half the time you don’t even know they are there. Wolves and Worg in World of Warcraft have tails, the first concept art for female Worgen had tails, there is official art for Worgen that have tails in Hearthstone and other official content from blizzard. So the optional ability to have a tail would be something that would make those who choose to use it look different from those who don’t.
