And according to Ghostcrawler if i remember well, because it’s a curse a worgen is supposed to give birth to a human baby.

Except this poses severals problems:

• The curse is a complete change of biology, i find it hard to believe that it doesn’t changes anything in the DNA of someone who is staying all the time in the lupine form.
  Therefore, this change - if permanent - should impact the baby.
• It means that the ferals worgens can have children as well so… i found it hard to believe that their natural instinct is to kill their humans baby or to bite them because given their size and strenght, they will most likely kill the baby.

Even if magic is at play, i have a big doubt that the laws of nature don’t apply on the worgens as well.

We can extend this thinking to other druidic forms as well (worgen was one at the origin), i highly doubt that a night elves staying all the time in a bird form will give birth to a night elves baby.

To be honest, on my RP server many accepted my idea of a worgen giving birth to a baby worgen but others well… doesn’t believe it’s possible - a minority for now.
