Give us Battlegrounds

Battlegrounds might not fix this issue if the faction imbalance is significant.

If bgs end up with long queue times, players will continue to farm HKs while they wait for their queues to pop.

Woukd you and clickybait have this same gloatfest with lower population caps?

Besides: what are winning by calling people weak and yelling at them for leaving?

You know that scene, in movies, where the innocent family has to sneak away from the house with the mad guy inside it?

Dont be that mad guy, Harmondale.

takes about a minute to read. maybe 3 if your dyslexic.

I rolled here because my friends did…lol

You followed the sheep blindly on to a PVP server…

AND now because the sheep are looking to quit your going to follow suit…

All I hear is …Whhaaaaaaa…from another tourist.

Please quit and end your suffering.

As a member of the consistently dominated faction…

No. Phase 2 is one of the big reasons I was excited for Classic. World PvP and PvP ranks without just farming WSG/AV is one of the best times in WoW.

Reroll retail nerd

We aren’t looking to quit, we are bored. There are no alliance for us to kill, they retreat anytime Horde shows up. We slaughter them on every corner, of every map. They have to stay inside of Alliance Controlled zones and drop their flags to catch a break.

It really isn’t even PvP at this point, it’s Horde vs Alliance Ghosts. They might as well be playing retail, cause they are spending most of their time in the Shadowlands.

battlegrounds are cross realm queue times will not be an issue

They are the first wave of testers in pre-alpha of the shadowlands

Y’all wanted classic, vanilla pvp… Well, here it is! :stuck_out_tongue:

Wait until people start the GM grind - the forums will be fun

Totally agree with the OP. As a life long horde player I have to say I preferred vanilla, where the disparity was heavily tilted to the alliance side. Nowadays the server feels like a ghost town because there simply isn’t enough alliance players. No one wants to spend $15 a month to sit in a graveyard or camp a lifeless body.

I don’t really care what happens. Wpvp will always be there with or without BGs. The one thing that drives me bonkers is on my server at least (kromcrush) is you can’t get a decent group of alliance to join. When you do and you go out and have a decent even fight it doesn’t matter because when you kill the Horde a thousand more show up out of nowhere.

I swear they come out of the ground somehow. I don’t know how they do it but they come up from the ground.

I must be remembering wrong. On Nostalrius PvP for me it was rushing to 60 then rushing into bgs whenever I wasn’t in preraid groups to hit rank 14. There wasn’t much world pvp past some guilds contesting others outside MC for memes, most ranking took place in BGs.

I’m glad for the change of pace. I absolutely hate bgs and they brought WoW its first step into instancing the pvp which destroyed world pvp and made it ineffective. The second step to annihilating world pvp was flying which destroyed what precious little of it actually remained. The only change I would suggest is if they’re going to roll cross realm bgs out with bg release and destroy server identity as far as server premade hotshots they might as well have taken the other half of the pvp update of 1.12 and given us Silithyst geysers in Silithus and the EPL towers. Or just the EPL towers, silithyst was a dumb idea.

The state of the honor grind is killing it for people who WANT to PvP. It isnt fun having to 50vs 1 someone over and over hoping you can get the most honor. That isn’t player vs player and it isnt competitive at all. It’s just making the other side want to abandon the game.
