• Fire is A teir ONLY with a highly coordinated group that can maximize combust. For your average player you’re not going to see the benefits of a perfectly planned run.
• Arcane is strong
• Frost is strong

Fire is more mobile than Frost with the exception of the Combust window.

I never found that, at least not in the content I do. Frost with Ice Floes is quite mobile, especially combined with a lot of instant-cast procs. The only time I found it to suffer is during constant movement. Denathrius might be a whole other kettle of fish though, as that 3rd phase is very heavy on the movement and plays to Fire’s scorch spam.
