Then say so because I and many others wont play it unless its going to be there. I am not going to invest time in a game I wont finish. Without some assurances, I wont do it.
I would prefer it be added at launch. The patch were using is 3.3.5. There is no reason to leave it out of launch.

Thing is, its not fun without RDF for me. I spent most of my time running dungeons on my main and my alts. RDF being excluded hurts people that like to play a lot of Alts the most.
