You can still post here when the game is uninstalled. You can even post in some cases long after your sub time runs out. So it will take some time to see whether Kitty Karen is actually gone or not.
WoW pretty much relies on old players coming back for new expansions, as the grip WoW has on some of us is strong, and new players tend to avoid picking up WoW due to its reputation.

I haven’t bought an actual subscription since the blue birdy reward for six-month subs came out last year. I promptly canceled my sub after the MT debacle and have since been buying game time little by little with gold, which is not a true subscription.
Blizzard hasn’t gotten a dime from me since around the dev cycle for 9.1.5 and 9.2, when it started catering to the wrong audience. Some other player who needed gold fast for leggos or raiding consumables has been paying for my play time.
But with Season 4, I don’t even want to be counted as an active user, let alone a paying one, if bad decisions keep getting made at the last minute like this.
Which actually makes blizzard more money indirectly off you than a traditional sub.

So you unsubscribed because of mount? There are so many mounts in the game, and many more to come. My complaint against WoW is that I’ve had to look online more than any other MMO I’ve played to find out how to complete missions. It’s like 50 percent of WoW’s missions aren’t explained. However, I enjoy the game too much to unsubscribe, and I certainly wouldn’t do it for a mount.
I most certainly did. Blizzard has shown over the last several years that they only really listen when you mess with their money. And it’s not like WoW is the only game out there that is of high quality. So if Blizz wants to mislead players, whether intentionally or unintentionally, then on principle alone I don’t want to play their game. It would be one thing if they had stated from the beginning that this mount would be obtained from normal or higher. Instead they kept the achievement in game since 9.2.5 that stated these achievements can be completed in ANY difficulty. To announce a change to this 5 days before the season goes live, yeah I’m not ok with that level of deception.

I personally knew people that quit in WoD over not getting flying.
Starting in WoD, game devs have a habit of making unpopular decisions just to spite the more casual playerbase.
The principle bothers people more than the actual mount or whatever.

How else will they bait the raiders on the fence into the hamster wheel in S4 if they give same rewards to LFR as well.
They’ve done this on purpose to make sure people that want the reward puts in a substantial amount of time.
For me if they put the cat mount reward in LFR id log in do LFR and then unsub for the rest of the season.

Wouldn’t you have to stay unsubbed for at least a month to actually make the threat of “Blizzard losing money” count?
You do understand that your “protest” has actually made Blizzard an extra $5 over you just paying a monthly sub yourself. So while trying to prove your point they have actually made money off you.
