Hemo was good well after its height. Hemo was nice because it was a great utility to build CP quickly, conserve energy and save energy for Backstab.
Spamming backstab/shadow strike feels off because that is similar muscle memory to playing like for example Combat/Outlaw (Sinister Strike/Ambush).
The closest equivalent to Hemo was Ghostly Strike in Legion which was fun! Having a CP generator with low energy was really fun.
Once they attached a cool down to GS it turned into a boring Revealing Strike ability.
Hemo spec work best with daggers?
