I can give quite a few examples of anthropomorphic Lizard and Lizard-like creatures that do!
Also, anyone arguing ‘well Lizards/reptiles don’t have x!’ you better ensure Blizzard is removing ANYTHING in game that isn’t a direct 1:1 from RL to be ‘lore accurate’. But I don’t see you arguing that they do that, which is strange and contradicts your statement.

It’s comical how people seem to forget the female Worgen model, and yet somehow won’t discredit that model vis-à-vis the female Dracthyr model.
OP, I highly doubt Blizz is going to make any changes to the model as it currently stands, but you have no reason not to let your voice be heard.
